The Naphtha (Acquisition, Sale, Storage and Prevention of use in Automobile) Order 2000.
Under the Naphtha (Acquisition, Sale, Storage and Prevention of use in Automobiles) order 2000 issued by the Central Government, empowering the State Government to issue license under the said order.
The Government of Goa wide its Notification have authorised the Director of Civil Supplies and Price Control for issue of License under the Naphtha (Acquisition, Sale, Storage and Prevention of use in Automobiles) order 2000.
Under the said order licenses are issued to the applicant who submit application in prescribed form along with supporting documents of the information furnished. The details are verified and after site inspection license is issued.
The Government of Goa have delegated the Power of Search and Seizure to the Director,
Asstt. Director of Civil Supplies, and All Police Officers not below the rank of Depute Superintend of Police and the Mamlatdar of
Taluka.
