The Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) order 2000.
Liquefied Petroleum gas (LPG) means a mixture of light hydrocarbons. Consumer means a registered person firm company, Institution, Association of Persons, Co-operative Society or Organization. The Supply of LPG is done in two categories (1) Domestic Category Consumers and (2) Non-domestic category. The supply for domestic is done in 14.2 kg/5 Kg. whereas for non-domestic category it is made in 19 kg/47.5 kgs. Cylinders.
The Government of Goa vide its Notification have empowered the Director, Asstt. Director and Inspection of Civil Supplies to exercise the power of entry search and seizure.
